These guidelines cover deposit, scheduling, maintenance, and service adjustment requirements.
1. đź’ł Booking & Financial Requirements
Deposit Requirement: All services require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit credits toward the total cost of your service.
Booking Agreement: By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our booking software (Square).
2. ⏳ Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation
To protect our artist’s time, we enforce a strict notice requirement for all changes.
48-Hour Notice Requirement: We require at least 48 hours’ notice when you cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid fees.
Late Cancellation (Less than 48 hours): The client forfeits the 20% deposit. We charge an additional 30% late-cancellation fee of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show: The client forfeits the 20% deposit. We charge a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Emergencies: We may waive the fee one time for documented medical emergencies (hospitalization).
3. ⏰ Late Arrivals
Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, it is automatically considered a No-Show.
No-Show Charge: A 50% fee will be charged, and your deposit will be forfeited.
4. ✨ Refill & Retention Requirements
The technician determines lash retention percentage after they perform the necessary cleansing and outgrowth preparation (removal of outgrown, twisted, or lifted lashes).

Retention Standards:
Standard Refill (40% or more remaining): The client pays the regular refill price.
Low Retention Refill (25% to 40% remaining): The client pays the regular refill price plus a $20 Corrective Fill Surcharge. This fee covers the extended time and product required to rebuild the set.
Full Set Required (Less than 25% remaining): The appointment requires a Full Set, as this low retention level requires starting over.
Timeline & Foreign Fills:
Full Set Mandate: If appointments fall 25 days or more after your last service, you must book a Full Set, regardless of lash retention.
Foreign Fills: We accept foreign fills if the previous work is safe and you maintain 40% or more lash retention. Otherwise, you must book a Full Set.
5. đźš« Pre-Appointment Requirements
Please adhere to these rules for optimal lash adhesion and service time:
Arrive Clean: Please arrive with clean lashes/brows free of makeup, oils, and residue. Failure to do so will incur a $10 Lash Bath Fee and will cut into your service time.
Lash Serums: Discontinue use of any eyelash growth serums for at least 48 hours (2 full days) prior to your appointment.
Caffeine: We kindly ask that you avoid consuming caffeine immediately before your appointment to minimize involuntary eye movement.
Guests: No children, guests, or pets are permitted in the treatment area for safety and hygiene.
6. 🛠️ Service Guarantee
We guarantee our work, provided aftercare instructions are followed.
Adjustment Policy: If you experience excessive lash loss within 3 days (72 hours) of your service, please contact us immediately.
Complimentary Fix: We offer a complimentary adjustment/fix within this 3-day window, provided you followed the aftercare instructions.
